Alisa Conner | Performance & Growth Strategist

The Profit Loop helps private specialty practices and professional services firms identify what is really affecting performance and growth before spending more time and money trying to fix it.

I’m Alisa Conner, a Performance & Growth Strategist, and I help independent medical practices and professional legal, accounting, and service firms identify what’s holding back their growth, then strategically focus their time, money, and people on what to fix, build, and prioritize next.

Here you’ll find practical conversations about practice performance, patient and client experience, marketing, referrals, scheduling, messaging, processes, systems, technology, measurement, and business growth.
