Alika in Motion

Move because it feels good. 🌀

Short clips, short films, and long-form adventures that invite you to get up, shake it off, and find your own rhythm. From ribbon dancing and flow arts to prop performance, movement comedy, and wearable art — this channel celebrates the full spectrum of human expression in motion.

Expect onesies on playgrounds. Rubber ducks as props. Frog suits on trampolines. Upside down swings. Ribbon spinning at sunrise. And maybe a little bit of magic in between.

No rules. No perfection. Just movement that makes you smile. 😄

Whether we're spinning ribbons, playing with props, exploring unexpected places, or chasing the next creative experiment — every video is a visual story brought to life through an ongoing collaboration with photographer/videographer Rick Pascale.
As a certified health and life coach, I believe movement is medicine — for the body, the mind, and the soul.

Let's flow together. 🌀
