Aligned Wellness

Hi There
I am Sandra, founder of Aligned Osteopathy and Pilates. I am an Osteopath and a Pilates instructor, matwork and reformer. I am a huge advocate for fitness and allowing the body to do what it was designed to do, MOVE! i believe practicing Pilates as well as taking a proactive outlook to your own body and health is a journey into getting your body moving! We take our cars for service regularly and have you ever asked yourself when was the last time you actually 'serviced' your body? You only have one body so look after it!
I look forward to seeing you on here , please enjoy the videos and feel free to ask any questions.
Subscriptions and class plans will be available on my website.
I am available for online 1 to 1 sessions as well as online Consultations. please feel free to message me.
