Alex Ugwu (OZIGE)

Alex Ugwu also known as OZIGE is a renowned composer of the African style. Mostly pronounced in his many works in the Igbo Language and cultural scene. He has been a music director since 2015. He has been playing the piano since the age of 12. He plays a lot of other instruments like the Oja, violin, Cello, guitar, ịgba, ekwe, ichaka and many other instruments. He is also a singer and a musicologist from the department of music in Nnamdi Azikiwe University of Nigeria.

Alex Ugwu is also the founder of the Revoja Academy of Music. An academy of music that seeks to standardize music and all forms of music practice in Africa and especially in Nigeria.
