Welcome! I made this channel to help professionals and emerging leaders increase their impact and lead their teams with excellence through better communication skills. 

I've done workshops, presentations, and consulting for organizations for 20+ years. I'm a full-time tenured full Professor at a public college in New York. I have published original research articles and two books. I earned a Ph.D. in Communication (2003) from CU Boulder.
