I’m Aleta Bell — a certified personal chef, entrepreneur, mother, and author of Healing Through Pain, Faith, and Fire. My life hasn’t been an easy one. I’ve lived through trauma, loss, and a tragedy that changed my life forever. In 1997, my home was firebombed, and my young daughter lost her life while my son was severely burned. That moment could have broken me, but instead it became part of the journey that shaped the woman I am today.

Cooking became one of the ways I healed. The kitchen became a place where pain turned into purpose, where memories turned into meals, and where love could still be shared even after unimaginable loss.
