Hey, I'm Alena, a mother of three and wife of one from Sydney's Northern Beaches with a passion for wholefood cooking, great coffee and the odd artisanal gin. I'm also a Black Belt in Hapkido, a Somatic Therapist, a global top 5% Podcaster and Digital Storyteller (ok, humble brag over, promise). 

Since 2009, I've been developing The Lionlife Method [https://www.alenaturley.com/join] — an online and real-life space offering pop-up events, life-changing education, and community connection for therapists, healers, coaches, and creatives.  

It invites us to go from frantically running around without a moment to ourselves to being seen, heard and valued for who we TRULY are.
