Alec D. Diaz | Leader of Change Strategist

I help leaders unlock their potential, lead change, and multiply their impact.

I led technology inside some of the world's largest financial institutions, managing $25M in portfolios and shipping enterprise AI worth about $10.8M in business value. I left to do the work I actually cared about: building leaders who build other leaders.

That shows up here two ways. One is the mission on the ground, where these principles get tested with real kids and real families. The other is the teaching: The Alec Diaz Show, keynotes, and practical breakdowns of how to lead change without losing your people.

Same mission either way.
