Just a guy fighting insulin resistance and winning.  By changing two things (reversing my insulin resistance & putting fiber back in my diet), I was able to reverse my type 2 diabetes, reverse my fatty liver, get off 4 diabetes meds, my cholesterol med and acid reflux med.
