AI Woodshed

I built an AI editing tool called the Woodshed, and after 11 years editing in Final Cut Pro, I'll never open it again.

My channel, HomeSteadHow, has over 68 million views. For years I spent most of my time on the tedious stuff: cutting, syncing, captions, B-roll, exports. The Woodshed does all of that for me now. It has saved me thousands of hours, so I get to focus on what I do best: the story and my voice.

On AI Woodshed I show you exactly how I built it and how I use AI to run a real business. You'll get AI news, Claude Code and AI agent tutorials, AI video editing, automation, and honest experiments on making money with AI. No hype, and made for regular people, not programmers.

If you're a creator or business owner tired of doing everything the hard way, subscribe and come build with me in the Woodshed.
