If you sell something over $10k and most of your clients still come from referrals, this channel is for you.

I run two very different ways of getting clients for B2B founders: Meta ads that book sales calls at Sequoia Strategies, and creative outbound at Lincko.

Running both at once taught me that the channel is rarely the problem.

Ads and outbound work or fail on the same few things:

-- Who you're going after
-- Whether your offer is worth stopping for
-- Whether your message sounds like everyone else
-- How much trust you build before the call
-- Whether you know which numbers to watch

Every Monday I post one video on one of those fundamentals. It's me and a whiteboard, working through a framework or tearing down a real campaign, including the ones that missed.

Subscribe if you want to stop depending on referrals.
