Through practices of Vinyasa, Yin, meditation, and breathwork, this space invites you to slow down to go further.

My teaching encourages you to explore where your body allows you to go today.

This is a space for those who live active lives : runners, climbers, surfers, and anyone who wants to move better, feel calmer, and sustain their energy in the long run.
