Agama Meditation Centre is a Canadian Buddhist meditation and study centre in the Greater Toronto Area, dedicated to authentic Dharma learning and systematic practice. We offer Four Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipaṭṭhāna / 四念处)courses, online and offline group sittings, study and practice programs, and retreats.
