Your Everyday Dose with Nature Connections

Affirmations can uplift our emotions, change our mind pattern as to how we see ourselves and the situations we are in, the world and others. 

We may be emotionally supported and assured deep within ourselves that we can face the challenges we encounter in our lives. And that we can transform ourselves and capable of change - become the best version of ourselves. 

We can find beauty, life and meaning in all circumstances. We can keep our balance -  mind body and spirit by meditating. It works with or without sound in the background. Personally, I like it with nature sound as it's soothing  and opens my heart, and makes a way to reconnect my self to my highest being within.

Importantly, we must be able to hear what our intuition is saying from time to time. Our intuition is powerful and act as our guide and wisdom.
