Affiliate program management from someone who's run programs since 2005.

I'm James Nardell, founder of Affiliate Manager Expert. I manage, audit, and fix affiliate programs for SaaS, software, fintech, and e-commerce brands. You work with me directly: there's no handoff to a junior account manager.

This channel covers the commercial side of the affiliate channel:

• Recruiting affiliates who actually drive sales
• Commission structures that protect margin
• Over-reliance on coupon and cashback sites
• Fraud, tracking, and attribution problems
• Running programs on CJ, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, and more

Most programs don't have an affiliate problem. They have an operational one: nobody's recruiting, the wrong partners get the credit, or the funnel doesn't convert. That's what these videos are about.

Recent result: $1.73M in affiliate revenue for a software portfolio (25/26).
