The Adventures Of Max and Alva

Max was abused as a puppy. He was surrendered, adopted, and almost immediately returned to the shelter - all because he was scared. When I adopted Max, I could tell he had a beautiful, genuine soul and just needed to feel safe. 

When I brought him home, he spent days cowering in corners and shivering from fear.  Still, I quickly learned that he wanted to overcome his fear and experience the joys of life. We put in a lot of work and made a lot of progress... 

... and then Max met Alva. Alva was born with cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological condition that impacts balance, coordination, and motor skills. So, she's wobbly. She's also perfect. Max and Alva immediately bonded, and the two previously unwanted dogs are now having the best life!
