ADHD Coach - Ian Wahlert

Hi, I’m Ian.

I’m an ADHD coach working with high-capacity people who are stuck. Not because they lack ideas, drive, or ambition but because nothing seems to translate into consistent action.

I’ve spent the last decade working in this space, and I’ve lived it myself. The gap between intention and execution. The frustration of starting and stopping. The question of “what’s wrong with me?”

I started this channel to make real, practical support accessible.
No paywalls. No overcomplicated systems. No “just try harder.”

Just honest conversations and tools that actually help you understand your brain, build clarity, and turn intention into action.

My goal is simple. Help you avoid years of frustration, self-doubt, and feeling like you’re broken.

Because you’re not.
