Addictive Personalities is a mental health and recovery podcast focused on post addiction HEALING. Recovery ≠ Healing. This is the club nobody wanted to qualify for.

This is a podcast about addiction, trauma, recovery, nervous system chaos, stigma awareness, bad coping mechanisms, relationship disasters, healing, self-awareness, accountability, and trying to become a functional human after years of running from yourself.
Some episodes are funny. Some are heavy. Some will probably piss people off. 
And that's the point. Because healing isn't always soft music and affirmations. Sometimes it's accountability, grief, uncomfortable truths, and realizing your coping mechanisms are driving the car.
