Adam Tanaka

Hi there! I'm Adam Tanaka and I'm a relentless optimist, serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker helping adults reconnect with the most powerful forces we’re taught to outgrow - play, creativity, and imagination.

After selling my 17-year company, I launched Cavehouse Supply, a kids’ brand designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and support emotional wellbeing through kids magazines, a storytelling app, and community experiences.

On this channel, I explore how play shapes our brains, how creativity heals, how childhood trauma doesn't have to define us, and how we can build environments that support purposeful leadership.

I mix research, real-life stories, and practical tools to help you bring more energy, curiosity, joy and connection to the present moment.

When I'm not creating, I like playing music, writing, and occasionally pop up in the background of your favorite tv shows and movies.

I'm a TEDx speaker and champion for change-makers at every stage of growth.
