I’m Adam Ellis, a second-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the head coach at Dark Path Grappling in the UK. I’ve been training since 2010, I’m a two-time IBJJF European medalist and a Grapplefest veteran. I’ve competed at every belt level and now focus on helping others grow in the art, stay injury-free, and enjoy the journey.

I’m also passionate about mobility and injury prevention, helping you move better, recover faster, and train longer.
