We've put together some litte fitness videos from your favourite tutors, so if you get stuck indoors you can still workout with Active Life. 

As always, we ask that you workout to your own abilities, and follow any guidelines set by any health professional you are seeing. Obviously we can't see you to check technique so make sure you listen to the instructions and go easy if you are unsure.
