Active Agile Aging

Active Agile Aging is about exercise for strength, balance, mobility & nutrition for Seniors. I will post weekly videos on exercises & stretches and how to progress as you build strength and mobility. I believe in the benefit nutrition has on our body & will show you some fun healthy recipes that you can do at home. A little care for your body will help you stay active and pain free. Be better tomorrow than you were yesterday!
