Acro Play *AcroYoga for Parents and Kids*

AcroYoga is a dynamic physical practice that combines acrobatics, yoga and even healing/therapeutic practices. AcroYoga focuses on the elements between partners like:acrobatics, the compassion elements of therapeutics, the mind-body connection element of yoga to form a yoga style unlike any other and cultivates a unique sense of playfulness, trust and connection. 

Acroyoga came into the picture for Douglas after the Covid-19 Pandemic August of 2020. Introduced to Acroyoga through a friend, he became very interested. He developed ideas on how to bring his past acrobatic passion into a new and fused form. Douglas introduced his son Legend to Acroyoga, creating a bond of trust and muscle strengthening. Legend said we should start a YouTube channel where parents and kids can do #Acroyoga together! Douglas said let do it!
