Acensus

Acensus is a specialty growth firm for home-based care agencies. We grow census: more families starting care, enough caregivers and nurses to staff it, and one page every Monday showing admissions minus discharges.

We run the census chain, six stages from first inquiry to a client who stays: demand, inquiry, a first response within 60 seconds, follow-up, start of care and staying on census. For established private-pay home care and private duty nursing agencies, we run the whole chain. For home health, hospice and Medicaid-waiver agencies, we run recruiting and office operations.

For one nursing agency in Orange County and Long Beach, that meant 404 more private duty nursing hours delivered each week, within 90 days.

We work with one agency per territory.
