Academy Communication

Academy Communication Pte Ltd was set up in 1979, focusing on media, script writing and video production. Then known as Academy Video, it was founded by now-retired Michael Poh, and plied its trade by producing organisational resources such as corporate video, brochures and advertisements.

It was rebranded into its current form under the leadership of Dr Sunny Goh in 2002, complementing its hardware expertise with soft skill training in writing, personal development and leadership. It also serves government ministries and statutory boards. Corporate clients include international firms, local banks and hospitals.

Today, it is a holistic training development group comprising full-time staff and freelance specialists, well-received for customised in-house workshop and public-run courses, ranging from email-writing to coaching and organisational leadership.
