Abundantly Angela Always

Sis, are stronger than you think and you want the muscle you are so afraid to build.
You have lived a life of knowing how to die, now it’s time to know how to live.
You grew up at a time when being a latch-key kid meant responsibility and trust. You’ve survived the threats of the world ending with every new decade and you’ve experience over 5 of them.

Hi, I’m Queen Angela and I’m here to help you Queen, over 50 rebuild your spirit, mind, and body as a Dry Fasting Competitive Bodybuilding Athlete and Serial Entrepreneur.

You are sick and tired of being sick and tired. You want to understand a peace that passeth all understanding that’s known as truly being unbothered. You want the strength of our ancestors and the body to match.

Here’s where I come in. I’m bringing inspiration by being transparent and dedicated to taking you into the unknown and help rebuild what you stopped working on. Y O U!

Join me on the playground, our play dates happen weekly.
