Above Xpectations Brand

This channel explores the intersection of movement, mindset, and identity.

For over a decade, I’ve coached individuals through injury, emotional hardship, chronic pain, and major life transitions. My work was shaped by my own long-term recovery from a spinal cord injury and two neck surgeries that forced me to rebuild from the ground up.

That process led me beyond traditional training into neuroscience, breathwork, and quantum physics. Studying how perception influences reality helped me break free from a stagnant identity and reconstruct a stronger, more self-aware version of myself.
Here, movement is more than exercise. It’s identity training. It’s nervous system regulation. It’s psychological ownership.

On this channel, you’ll learn how to rebuild your body, challenge outdated narratives, develop resilience, and raise your standards in how you move, think, and live.
Transformation isn’t cosmetic. It’s cognitive.
