ABMAV – Associação de Beneficência Manancial de Águas Vivas

ABMAV develops projects and initiatives in the areas of social intervention, education, active ageing, personal development and well-being, creating opportunities for participation, learning, sharing and community connection.

On this channel, we give a voice to people, stories and experiences that can inspire, teach and encourage reflection.

Stories of a Life is one of our featured series, dedicated to discovering personal and professional journeys, experiences, challenges, choices, lessons learned and the moments that have shaped a life. Every story is unique. Every person has something to share — and something that can be passed on to others. Here you will find interviews, projects, initiatives and content from ABMAV, always with the aim of giving people a voice, creating connections and sharing experiences that make a difference.
