A Bite of Wellness By Wellness in the Schools

Wellness in the Schools (WITS) is a national non-profit organization that teaches students healthy habits so that they can learn, live, and thrive. “A Bite of Wellness” was WITS' response to the COVID-19 pandemic, when Bronxites and New Yorkers were forced to quarantine at home. 

Directed and edited by WITS Program Manager and Nutritionist Chef Ricardo Díaz, RDN, SNS, our show was designed to bring children into our Chefs’ kitchens, out on field trips of local farmers' markets around the city, and beyond.
