Hi, I'm Abby, and I'm a human first.

I am also a yoga teacher, runner, student, dog mom, partner, sister, writer, daughter... and so many other things.

But I'm trying to remember my humanness, first, and to live kindly with and through this human body of mine.

My teaching is grounded in the concept of Therapeutic Embodiment: the technique of strengthening the relationship between body and mind, with the intention of suffering less. Through a combination of yoga and mindfulness practices, joyful workouts, meditation and breathing exercises, and guided journaling, my aim is to help you enjoy this life through the vessel of your amazing & beautiful human body.
