Aaron Dowd | The Independent Creator's Playbook

Hi there! I’m Aaron Dowd from Fort Worth, Texas. My lifelong passion for music and technology drove me to develop skills and expertise in a variety of fields starting in my teens and early 20’s, including web & graphic design, audio engineering, photography & video production, social media marketing, product management, and more.

In this channel, I'm sharing everything I've learned about being an independent creator since I started recording podcasts, videos, and music back in 2010. I'll take you on deep dives into lessons I've learned the hard way and talk candidly about gear, process, mindset, collaboration, struggles, overcoming obstacles, imposter syndrome, earning money, promoting your work, staying healthy, and so much more.

My focus stays on helping creators and creative professionals overcome roadblocks, build valuable products, grow their fan bases, and achieve their goals. Hit that subscribe button and say hi!
