Aantonogor :: আন্তঃনগর

Aantonogor is a Bangladeshi musical band formed in Hemayetpur, Dhaka, in 2020. The band consists of Ragib Hasan Rodel (vocal, rhythm guitar), Dhian Giri (vocal, banjo), Ritovash Chanda (Bass), and Ribhu Roddur (Drums, Guitar).

The idle and indolent nights of the Covid pandemic were filled with the music and harmony of three family members: Rodel, Dhian, and Ribhu. One night, they came up with an idea to create a song. They hadn’t considered forming a band until then; their focus was on writing, composing, and singing songs together. However, the limited instruments and the absence of melody were resolved when Ritovash joined the band in 2022. With a complete lineup, original compositions, and regular concerts, the band 'Aantonogor' embarked on their musical journey.

Aantonogor derives profound inspiration from a fusion of genres, including alternative rock, blues, flamenco/rumba, and folk music. Consequently, classifying their specific musical genre becomes a challenging task.
