Zimqi

G'day! ZimQi is a timesheet app for Australian crews who work across sites: cleaning, trades, security, care and facilities.

Your crew check in and out on Telegram at each site, with no extra app to install. The hours build into a timesheet, a named person approves with a tap, and every approval is recorded.

Using Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant? ZimQi's MCP server (on the official MCP Registry as au.com.zimqi/timesheets) lets you check who's on site, compare roster vs actual, see whose hours are waiting, and give your bookkeeper read-only access. A person still approves every timesheet.

Here you'll find quick how-tos and Crew Corner, our comic about crew life starring Zemke the emu.
