Zeal + Zen Wellness

I’m Amy, a physical therapist and coach.
I explore what happens when we look beyond symptoms and consider the whole story, especially when health turns chronic or complicated.

I believe life can still be meaningful, even with chronic pain or complex health challenges.
Yes, there are tough realities, and it’s not all gloom. There’s always room for growth, hope, and some laughs.
Healing isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to feel hopeless or heavy.

I’m here to help lighten the load—we’ll talk science, try practical approaches, explore movement, share real stories, and dig into what’s sometimes left out.

Here’s some of what’s on the menu:
- Chronic/persistent pain
- Orthopedic rehab
- Nervous system regulation
- Autoimmune + fatigue
- Movement + exercise
- Pelvic health

And because there's sometimes more to the story…
Mental Health • Trauma • Addiction + Recovery

There’s rarely one right way to move, feel, or live well.
Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t.
Glad you're here.
