My name is Zach and I am setting off on an incredible journey across America to keep grassroots racing alive. I've never been able to shake my childhood fascination with racing and thus I have a bold plan to visit as many small-town speedways, abandoned lost tracks and old school racers as I can to uncover the stories, history, and characters you won’t find anywhere else.

From the biggest ovals to the smallest bullrings, I'll spotlight the places where racing culture was born and still thrives today. Along the way, I look forward to meeting the local legends, diehard fans, and hometown heroes who keep these tracks alive — and remind you why it’s so important to support your local speedway. Expect racing, wild history, fascinating stories, good food, wild history, and genuine friendships.
