Yulia Forde | YogaCure

I’m Yulia Forde, a yoga therapist and physiotherapist by training.
My work brings together yoga – both its physical and philosophical aspects – physiology, psychology, Ayurveda and voice yoga.
I’ve been helping people move from fighting to contact, response and more freedom to live for 20 years.
Here I share insights from my work with people living with persistent pain, recurring symptoms, stress, exhaustion, or a sense of being stuck or disconnected.

Healing begins with contact rather than correction.
