Confido Health

Based in New York City, Confido Health builds and deploys AI agents for healthcare operations.

By integrating with more than 50 systems of record without requiring any change to a practice's existing tech stack, Confido increases an administrative staff’s capacity to serve patients, by automating routine tasks like appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and patient outreach.

Private equity-backed healthcare platforms use Confido to standardize patient access and operations across their portfolios, recovering lost revenue and expanding capacity without adding headcount.
