Youth For Excellence Association

Youth For Excellence Association (YFE) is a Canadian not-for-profit organisation that delivers educational programs and advances educational research. Founded in 1990 and incorporated in 1991, YFE supports the leadership development of individuals and groups through results-driven curriculum design and innovative learning. YFE also develops strategies to enhance researchers’ visibility, strengthen research performance, and help expand the impact of their projects. Since its inception, the organisation has remained committed to challenging assumptions and expanding the definition of what is possible in the pursuit of achievement. YFE’s contributions to scholarship are cross-disciplinary, as we foster research and support teaching in applied psychology, communications and media, educational research, and political science.
