Ahmet Musab Beşbadem

I’m Ahmet Musab Beşbadem. I am in my last year of Bachelor Chemical Engineering degree at Gebze Technical University and an Erasmus+ research intern at Uppsala University, Ångström Laboratory.

My current research focuses on advanced electrolytes for sodium- and lithium-ion batteries, with emphasis on interfacial kinetics, electrochemical characterization (EIS, CV, LSV), and low-temperature performance.

🌐 Beyond laboratory work, I document my journey on musabbesbadem.com, where I share:

Battery Diaries → Step-by-step record of my progress in battery science.

Projects & Reports → From TÜBİTAK-funded studies to process design & lab-scale battery work.

🤝 Additionally, I founded Young Battery 3S (Scientists, Seekers, Society), a community where students and early-career researchers gather for regular seminars and discussions on energy storage systems.

🥋 As a former national karate athlete, I carry the same discipline, persistence, and strategic mindset into my scientific career.
