I am Sam from sunny and beautiful Long Beach, California. I love to cook, eat and travel. Join me as I travel around the world, eat and cook. I am a semi-retired full time professional and part-time cook. I realized my passion for cooking later in life. While in graduate school, I started cooking to satisfy my cravings for restaurant quality food on a budget. Over the years I have honed my culinary skills and entertained family and friends with my cooking.
