Yorkshire Wood Art

I laser cut wood and turn it in to something beautiful for my customers to appreciate.

Hi I'm Chris a Yorkshire lass through and through, I live with my hubby and crazy Jack Russell terrier who is called Amber.
I worked for 23 years on a wholesale herb and wildflower nursery, as I got older I couldn't do the job anymore it was hard work. I still love plants but after watching Kirstie Alsopp on tv I found another passion in crafts, In 2013 I decided to buy a laser cutting machine her name is Lizzy, for cutting out my wooden shapes to make my needle minders, brooches and earrings. Also I love embroidery so a lot of what I do is for fellow embroiderers.
I mostly sell online but occasionally I attend craft markets and festivals which I really enjoy, I then get to meet my lovely customers in person.
I hope you enjoy what I make.
Kind regards
Chris from Yorkshire Wood Art
