I'm currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500). I fell in love with yoga in year 2000 and continue to practice daily. I'm passionate about Kids Yoga specifically, as I only wish I was gifted this knowledge at a younger age.

I'm dedicated and provide the positive support that's necessary to achieve optimal wellness! I'm also a Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach (CHC), & Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (BCHHP)!
