Integral Yoga Sri Aurobindo and Mother

The "Sri Aurobindo" Meditation Center offers tools for evolution to individuals who wish to live their lives with greater awareness and fulfillment. The Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and Mirra Alfassa (The Mother) is the main reference point for the evolutionary work it carries out. Daily meditation, courses, meditation intensives, etc., are tools for this work, always guided by the perspective of Integral Yoga.

The Integral Yoga we practice is not a religion, but rather a path or instrument for personal and collective evolution, a synthesis of the great traditional yogas. It seeks the integral development of the individual in all their areas and levels, and possesses an integrative perspective that harmoniously connects the human being with Transcendence and the Cosmos.

The Sri Aurobindo Meditation Center of Pamplona is a non-denominational center, independent and autonomous in its operation. It is strictly non-profit, and its economic subsistence depends on its own activities.
