Yiwei Cheng | Short Term Rentals

Hi!  I'm Yiwei, and I started short term rentals when I moved to Cincinnati, OH in 2019.  It was a way for me to pay for my mortgage on a house I bought and rent on an apartment with a lease I couldn't get out of.  Now, I own and manage 27+ properties in the Cincinnati area with a 7 figure booking revenue.  Most importantly, I used short term rentals to buy and hold real estate that builds long term wealth.

I want to share what I have learned over the last 4 years of starting up, operating, and scaling furnished short-term (and mid-term) rentals while maintaining 5 star reviews, things that I wished I knew as I grew the business.
