Yardena Krongold

Hi! I'm Yardena Krongold, a psychologist and executive coach, originally from Mexico and based in Lyon, France.

If your career seems to be working but something inside you knows it no longer fits, or if you are building your career in another country, with different rules and different codes, this channel is for you.

Here I share practical strategies to:
- Navigate a career transition with clarity, without starting from scratch
- Reposition yourself and make your value visible, even in a new country
- Overcome impostor syndrome and the beliefs holding you back
- Grow without sacrificing your well-being or what truly matters to you

I led talent strategy and Human Resources at Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Heinz and Novartis. Since 2009, I have coached 490+ professionals one-to-one, from 17 countries, with my REVIVE™ method. In 2026, the French State recognized me as a "Talent Exceptionnel."
