Taizhou Zhongya Auto Parts

Inside a Chinese shaft factory — crankshafts and wheel hub bearing units, filmed on the line.

Taizhou Zhongya has been machining precision shafts for over 20 years: crankshafts for generator sets, water pumps, pressure washers, snow throwers, lawn mowers and marine outboards; wheel hub bearing units for the passenger-car aftermarket; balance shafts and gearbox input shafts.

On this channel we show the parts that usually stay hidden — ABS ring pitch inspection, bearing clearance, running noise, eddy current testing, metallography. No slides, just the shop floor.
