Xinyi Yoga 50+

Welcome to Xinyi Yoga 50+.

I’m Xinyi, a 55-year-old artist and longtime yoga practitioner. This channel offers gentle, accessible yoga and mindful movement for adults aged 50 and beyond.

There is no need to perform advanced poses or prove how flexible you are. These practices focus on maintaining strength, balance, and mobility—so we can continue moving with greater confidence, ease, and independence as we age.

Move at your own pace, listen to your body, and begin exactly where you are.
