XYZ Lab - Your AI Team

XYZ Lab puts AI to work inside growing businesses. We are Rajat and Mofid, two founders who have shipped products together for more than eight years: Blinkstore (100K+ stores), Hapramp (500K+ installs), Mockey, Shhots AI, and more. We work with businesses doing $2M to $20M in revenue, and the two of us do the work ourselves.

Every engagement runs in three steps.

In two weeks we find the gaps and opportunities where AI pays off, and hand you a plan with numbers. Then we build the systems in your own accounts, across product, growth and operations. Then we stay on as your satellite team. We run the systems, report the hours and the cost every month, and when a better model or a new opportunity comes along, we propose it and build it.
