WomenReinventedGlobal

Welcome. If you are rebuilding your life after divorce or carrying more stress than anyone can see, you are in the right place.
I'm Hyacinth Kirnon, a life coach, author, Certified Stress Management Coach, and founder of Divorced Women Reinvented™ and The R.E.S.T. Collective™. I hold a master's degree in counseling and have pursued doctoral-level studies in Clinical Social Work. My work rests on 33 years of public service with the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Department of Labor, and over 20 years of leading stress-management workshops. I help women release stress, reclaim their voice, and rebuild confidence.
Here you'll find stress relief practices, guided reflections, and tools for healing and reinvention after divorce, drawn from my 12-week program, Peaceful Power™: Unlocking Your Stress-Free Self, The C.A.R.E. Formula™, and my books and journals.
