Our vision as a team is multifold and every member is relentlessly working towards it striving to give our cent percent. We work to empower adolescent girls on challenges they face, create awareness among them on issues like female feticide, abuse, and neglect of child rights. issues related to women pediatrician’s legal problems, managing work-life balance, career growth, academic upgradation, and participation in various national and regional medical/academic forums. We aim to ensure best outcome of our work for the community through enhancing community engagement by positively influencing public perception about our pediatric fraternity. As women pediatrician need to act as facilitator for important conversations related to community based health issues of children, contemporary community values.
